Franchises are assigned a territory in which they can sell Unit Steps.
The franchise holder has exclusive rights to the territory and
the Unit Step registered trademark.
Franchise holders pay a royalty for each step they sell.
We sell the Unit Step forms, parts, and accessories to the franchise holder.
We do not sell Unit Step forms to any other producers in that territory.

We sell many other types of forms that are not franchised
 
and can be sold to any precast producers.

What a new franchise holder should have to get started in the Unit Step business:
    3 Model "L" Forms supplied by the form company
  • 1- 4' 4 riser 13" - 30" - 42" - 60" adjustable platform with solid back gate for side settings. This form will make 24 different size steps.
  • 1- 5' 4 riser 13" - 30" - 42" adjustable platform. This form will make 12 different size steps.
  • 1- 6' 4 riser 13" - 30" - 42" adjustable platform. This form will make 12 different size steps.
    Accessories, supplied by the form company.
  • 3 - Adjustable step dollys.
  • 3 - pouring funnels
  • 1 - Electric Vibrator and Bracket
  • 1 - step lift bar

    Other Equipment needed
  • 2 - 1 ton chain hoists
  • 1 - Truck equiped with a hoist for delivering and setting Unit Steps
  • A method of pouring the forms such as access to a ready mix truck or a mixer.
  • A building with a beam to hang hoists from.
